When Jenna first stepped into the world of real estate, she partnered with me to build a brand that would reflect her unique personality and long-term vision. She wanted a brand that was not only professional and traditional—but also had a hint of flair to match her warm, approachable style. 

Professional Business + Genuine Relationships

The branding process balanced two key aspects of Jenna’s work: the importance of guiding clients through one of the biggest purchases of their lives, and the genuine relationships she builds along the way. Visually, we aimed for a look that conveyed trust, reliability, and competence—with just enough modern touch to keep it fresh and personal.

The “+ Co.” was a strategic choice, giving the brand room to grow alongside her expanding team and evolving business.

Design Challenges

One of the more complex challenges in this project was designing within the strict regulations of real estate signage and brokerage compliance. Every element, from signage to marketing materials, had to walk the line between individuality and industry standards.

Custom Graphics

To help Jenna connect consistently with her audience online, we also created a suite of custom social media graphics. These included themed templates for new listings, testimonials, home tips and more—all designed to feel cohesive with the brand without being too uniformed. The goal was to keep things visually coordinated while still allowing flexibility and personality to shine through her content.
